About This Project
In the industrial district of Alytus City, on Fortų Street, a production and industrial building with ancillary facilities and all engineering infrastructure necessary for its operation has been designed. The construction of the facility is planned in several stages.
The production building is intended for the manufacture of instant noodles in packets and cups, or for the packaging of various dry products (porridges, soups, and mixes). The planned production capacity, upon completion of Phases I and II, is 299,000,000 units of instant noodle packets (cups) per year.
The site already contains an existing two-storey production building with an additional superstructure, which was also designed by UAB “Bendrieji statybų projektai” in 2018.
The newly designed production building is connected to the existing one by galleries. In order to create a cohesive architectural composition of the complex, the same geometric forms, materials, and colors are used in the newly designed building. The color concept of the complex is based on the principle of contrast, using monochromatic colors. Individual volumes of the complex are accentuated using dark grey multilayer thermal insulation panels for facade finishing.
