About This Project
Commissioned by UAB BSP Logistic Property VI, a project for a storage building and the necessary infrastructure has been developed on the plot located in Trakai District Municipality.
The object is classified as special structure. The planned economic activity includes storage and wholesale distribution of medicines, food supplements, medical and other goods, as well as repackaging and retail trade. The building is intended for storing finished goods on pallets. The estimated number of pallets with medicines and other goods stored at any one time is approximately 7000.
The architectural solution of the designed storage building is moderate, corresponding to the purpose of the building. The facades are gray and orange – according to the signature color of the logo.
The aim is for the building to be a sign visible from the highway, therefore, a bright orange color was used for the facades visible from the highway, and logos with internal lighting were installed in the accentuated areas. The façades are given a sense of dynamism and lightness using orange facade strips.
